Good clear sounds with lots of description.

As a second year medical student, this is going to be a lifesaver. You can never have enough practice with this ind if thing and the explanations are great. Would recommend, and have, to everyone!
Very useful...
I find it easy to learn with clear audio of sounds Great learning tool .
Im a medical student and I found this app helpful for getting familiar with that different sounds. Would like to be able to compare the sounds directly with each other (I.e. on the same page. Otherwise, fantastic!
Clear, my favorite till now, even if not expensive! Thank you!
Very interesting!
Must have for the usmle step 1 !!!
Great app, thank you! Would be even better if i) could compare one murmur to the sound of another similar murmur (e.g., pericardial knock vs S3 gallop) directly back and forth, vs now you can only compare each murmur vs normal heart sounds. ii) Heart sounds were more realistic. They sound kind of synth-y, and the biggest challenge I have is translating what I hear on this app and similar online sites to what actual patient heart sounds sound like. Some better audio files would help a lot here. Thank you again!
I think it was updated cause when I downloaded it it didnt seem this good
Great review of heart sounds. I recommend to anyone reviewing cardiac sounds.
Spent hours listening to these sounds but with the visual of S1 and S2 makes a world of difference!
Wish I had this when I was in training. I finally can hear "fixed split S2". Visualization of sound sequence with ability to slow the sequence is very helpful. Family Medicine physician
Clear sounds with nice graphs. Detailed physiology and physical exam.
As we start to learn about heart sounds in class, this app has been really useful in helping me not only recognize, but also understand the heart sounds. I especially like being able to see the heart sound with its associated diagram in order to pin point what exactly Im look for.
Started using this during my cardiology rotation (MS4). Forgot how much I paid, but I would say its worth the cost.
No doubt these are the most accurate up-todate sounds available at apple store. Highly recommend it for USMLE exams
So useful, I searched all 50 reviews, and none of them were negative, and I am not going to be the first one to break the streak, it is a wonderful, educational, amazing app.
App is the best resource I have found to better understand murmurs. My only request is that they allow comparison with other murmurs. Right now they have an option to compare each murmur with normal bit extending that would be amazing
Listen to all the murmurs, then quiz yourself. Its a must have app for med students. Go gators!
